EmploPlay is a European project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, aimed at supporting young people as they transition into employment. Our goal is to create a serious board game designed to enhance key competencies such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, adaptability, and critical thinking—essential skills for success in today’s job market.

Needs assessment (Oct - Dec 2024):
Focus groups to identify specific challenges and skills needs of young people with fewer opportunities to improve their employability.
Game Development (Jan - Apr 2025):
Creating an engaging board game to build essential skills.
Pilot Testing (May - Oct 2025):
Game testing with young people with fewer opportunities and improvements based on their feedback
Refinement & Translation (Nov 2025 - Apr 2026):
Final adjustments and translation into all the languages of the project.
Dissemination (May - September 2026):
Sharing the game widely through events, webinars, and online campaigns.
