Successful completion of the focus groups!
Focus groups took place in Spain, Italy, and Hungary to identify the key competencies and employability skills needed by young people facing barriers to employment. Participants shared their insights and experiences, highlighting important needs such as time management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Young participants expressed enthusiasm for the idea of using a serious board game as a dynamic and engaging tool to enhance their employability. They emphasized that such a game could help them build practical skills in a fun and interactive way.
The results gathered from these discussions will directly inform the next stages of the EmploPlay project, guiding the development of our innovative board game aimed at strengthening employability.
